kindergarten is serious business. Our

Parents:
This fall in the Evergreens class we will be focusing on Safety and Good Citizenship. We will learn how to be good friends and show kindness through helping others. We will be practicing writing first and last names in handwriting as well as the letters we learn each week. In math your child will learn about sorting and making patterns. Fall is such a wonderful season, and we will be expressing this through art! Look for wonderful projects to come home each week!

Class Reminders!
• Sharing Day is on Fridays only. Please remind your child to only bring things for sharing that will fit in their cubby.
• Cubbies should be cleaned out daily. We often use cubbies for art projects to dry, so it is important that they are empty.
• Please remember to check your child's folder for work and correspondence from school. Folders are located to the left of our classroom door in the hallway. This is where I will put school work, newsletters and non urgent notices that need to go home.
